Application via Inception is free. For some countries the Campus France (EEF) procedure incurs a country-specific fee (example India ~INR 18,000). National law sets non-EU Master's tuition at €3,770/year, but Université Paris-Saclay grants a partial exemption to non-EU students reducing tuition to the domestic/EU rate; effective tuition per year is €254 plus a mandatory CVEC fee €105 (total €359/year; €718 for a 2-year Master's).
