FAQs
Unfortunately, no. Once the University transfers the funds, it is beyond our control as to how long the individual banks take to complete their processes. We will do our best to notify you immediately if we are made aware of any delays.
You should always check the details with your bank before completing the refund form. Any errors can cause long delays with the refund process.
All students must upload a scan of their passport as it is not possible to register without this. You must complete the online registration task as soon as you have access to do so (as soon as you meet your offer conditions, you should be sent online registration instructions). You should also upload scans of your original certificates and English language certificates to your MyApplications portal and, if applicable, your sponsorship letter, and documents to complete your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), if your course requires one and you have not already completed it. There will be an in-person part of your registration, where you can collect your ID Card. Further details can be found here: https://students.brunel.ac.uk/welcome
We will aim to make decisions on applications within 4-8 weeks of the application being submitted. Depending on the time of year you submit your application and the course you are applying for, it may take longer to process during peak application points in the cycle. Please ensure that your application form is as complete as possible at the time of submission (including scans of your qualifications and any other relevant documents) to avoid unnecessary delays.
