To be admitted to the College of Engineering, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and meet the following requirements: * Applicants must have completed at least 15 units of college-level math, including Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Precalculus. * Applicants must have completed at least 12 units of college-level science, including Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. * Applicants must have completed at least 6 units of college-level English. * Applicants must have completed at least 3 units of college-level social studies. * Applicants must have a minimum score of 21 on the ACT or 1000 on the SAT. In addition to these requirements, students must also submit a personal statement, a resume, and letters of recommendation. Students who are admitted to the College of Engineering will be required to take the Calculus Placement Exam. Students who do not pass the exam will be required to take a remedial math course before they can begin their engineering coursework.
