Application Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the BS in Biological Sciences - Cell and Molecular Biology, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and meet the following requirements: * Applicants must have completed four years of high school English, three years of high school mathematics (including Algebra II and Trigonometry), two years of high school laboratory science (including Biology and Chemistry), and one year of high school physics. * Applicants must also have completed the SAT or ACT with a minimum score of 1100 on the SAT or 22 on the ACT. In addition to the above requirements, applicants must also submit a personal statement, a resume, and two letters of recommendation. Students who are admitted to the BS in Biological Sciences - Cell and Molecular Biology will take courses in biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and computer science. They will also participate in research and internships in the field of cell and molecular biology. Upon graduation, students will be prepared for careers in research, teaching, and healthcare.
