Application Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the Master of Arts in National Security Studies program, applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants must also have completed coursework in political science, international relations, history, and economics. In addition, applicants must submit a statement of purpose, a resume, and three letters of recommendation. The statement of purpose should explain why the applicant is interested in the program and what career goals they have. The resume should list the applicant's educational and professional experience. The letters of recommendation should be from professors or other professionals who can attest to the applicant's academic ability and potential for success in the program. Applicants who are admitted to the program will be required to take a comprehensive exam in their first year. The exam will cover the material that they have learned in their coursework.
