Applicants must have achieved a minimum of 2 A-levels or equivalent at grade B or above, including English and a science subject. Applicants who have not achieved the required grades may be considered for the University's Foundation Year in Child Nursing. The Foundation Year is designed to prepare students for the BSc Hons Child Nursing degree and provides an opportunity to develop the academic skills and knowledge required for the course. Applicants to the Foundation Year must have achieved a minimum of 2 A-levels or equivalent at grade C or above, including English and a science subject. The Foundation Year is also open to applicants who have achieved a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant subject area.
