FAQs
Policy makers. With scholars and practitioners hailing from at least four colleges at Cornell, the Baker Program boasts the largest full-time real estate faculty in the nation.
While GMAT or GRE scores are required in your application package, no minimum score is required. Applications are evaluated holistically and are not dependent on standardized test scores; however, successful applicants will most likely have competitive scores.
Baker students have typically had some work experience, but it is not required. Experience adds value to one’s contributions in class, provides a stronger context for learning, and most importantly, puts you in a better position toward achieving your post-Baker career goals. We look for candidates with strong leadership skills and managerial potential.
As an Ivy League University, Cornell is consistently one of the most competitive and highly selective universities in the country, with an admission rate below 10%
