FAQs

  • Policy makers. With scholars and practitioners hailing from at least four colleges at Cornell, the Baker Program boasts the largest full-time real estate faculty in the nation.

  • While GMAT or GRE scores are required in your application package, no minimum score is required. Applications are evaluated holistically and are not dependent on standardized test scores; however, successful applicants will most likely have competitive scores.

  • Baker students have typically had some work experience, but it is not required. Experience adds value to one’s contributions in class, provides a stronger context for learning, and most importantly, puts you in a better position toward achieving your post-Baker career goals. We look for candidates with strong leadership skills and managerial potential.

  • As an Ivy League University, Cornell is consistently one of the most competitive and highly selective universities in the country, with an admission rate below 10%
