The Foundation Year is designed to prepare students for the BSc Hons Criminology degree and is equivalent to one year of full-time study. The Foundation Year consists of two modules: Criminology and Academic Skills. The Criminology module introduces students to the key concepts and theories of criminology, while the Academic Skills module develops students' critical thinking and writing skills.
