Applicants who are not eligible for direct entry to the BA Hons in Philosophy may be considered for admission to the Foundation Year in Philosophy. The Foundation Year is designed to provide students with the academic skills and knowledge they need to progress to the BA Hons in Philosophy. Applicants to the Foundation Year must have at least two A levels or equivalent, including one in Philosophy. The Foundation Year is a one-year course that leads to an award of the Foundation Certificate in Philosophy.
