Applicants should have a good honours degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject, such as civil engineering, building, surveying, architecture or construction management. Applicants with a lower degree may be considered if they have relevant work experience. Applicants must also have a good level of English language skills. The University offers a range of English language pre-sessional courses to help you prepare for your studies. In addition to the academic requirements, applicants will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to the construction industry and a passion for project management. They will also be expected to have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. All applicants will be required to submit a personal statement and a CV. They will also be invited to attend an interview.
