Application Requirements

To be admitted to the Master of Science in Criminal Justice program, applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in criminal justice, criminology, sociology, psychology, or a related field. Applicants must also have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. In addition, applicants must submit a statement of purpose, a resume, and three letters of recommendation. The statement of purpose should explain why the applicant is interested in the program and what career goals they have. The resume should list the applicant's educational and professional experience. The letters of recommendation should be from professors or employers who can attest to the applicant's academic ability and work ethic. Applicants who are not native English speakers must also submit a TOEFL score of 550 or higher. The application deadline is February 15 for fall admission and October 15 for spring admission.
