Application Requirements

To be admitted to the Bachelor of Arts in Economics program, students must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet the following minimum requirements: a grade of C or better in Algebra I and II, Geometry, and Trigonometry; a grade of C or better in English I and II; and a grade of C or better in a foreign language. Students must also have a minimum composite score of 20 on the ACT or 1000 on the SAT. In addition, students must submit an official high school transcript, a personal statement, and two letters of recommendation. The Economics department also recommends that students take AP Economics or IB Economics in high school.
