    • If we cannot offer you funding for an M.S. degree, we prefer to admit you for the M.Eng. degree. This is a coursework only option that can be completed in 12 months, whereas an M.S. degree typically takes at least 18 months. Students who perform well in their M.Eng. coursework may be allowed to change to an M.S. with faculty approval.
