To be admitted to the University of Alabama in Huntsville's Aerospace Engineering program, students must have a strong academic record in high school. Applicants must have completed four years of English, three years of mathematics (including Algebra II and Trigonometry), two years of science (including Physics and Chemistry), and one year of social studies. Students must also have a minimum SAT score of 1200 or a ACT score of 26. In addition, applicants must submit a personal statement and letters of recommendation from two teachers. The Aerospace Engineering program is highly competitive, and admission is based on a holistic review of all application materials.
