Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field with a strong foundation in cell and molecular biology. Applicants must also have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The University of Chicago also requires applicants to submit GRE scores. In addition, applicants must submit a personal statement, a research statement, and three letters of recommendation.
