Conditional applicants should submit their application and materials under the same guidelines as all applicants, but should address any academic challenges that may have tarnished their GPA in their statement of purpose. This statement should also mention how applicants faced their challenges, or plan to face similar challenges in the future.If the Admissions Committee decides in the student’s favor, the application is forwarded to the Graduate School for a final decision.
