Application Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the College of Engineering, applicants must have a strong academic record in high school. Applicants must complete a minimum of four years of English, three years of mathematics (including Algebra II and Trigonometry), two years of science (including Chemistry and Physics), and one year of social studies. Applicants are also encouraged to take courses in computer science, engineering, and foreign language. In addition to academic requirements, applicants must also submit SAT or ACT scores, letters of recommendation, and a personal statement. The College of Engineering also offers a number of early admission programs for high school students who are interested in pursuing a degree in engineering. These programs allow students to begin their college studies in the fall of their senior year of high school.
