To be eligible for admission to the MS in Applied Biotechnology program, applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a biological science, engineering, or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants must also have taken courses in organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, and cell biology. In addition, applicants must submit GRE scores and a personal statement. The GRE scores must be in the 50th percentile or higher. The personal statement should describe the applicant's interest in the field of biotechnology and their career goals. Applicants are also encouraged to submit a resume and letters of recommendation.
