Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in microbiology or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants must also have taken courses in general chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, and microbiology. In addition, applicants must submit GRE scores and a statement of purpose. The statement of purpose should explain why the applicant is interested in pursuing a master's degree in microbiology and what they hope to achieve in the program. Applicants may also be required to submit letters of recommendation from two academic references.
