Applicants should have at least five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English Language and Mathematics. Applicants should also have a good level of science and technology. For international applicants, the minimum entry requirement is an International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 24 points, including 6 in Higher Level Mathematics and 5 in Higher Level Science. Applicants who do not meet the minimum entry requirements may be considered for the University's Foundation Year in Engineering. The Foundation Year provides students with the academic and technical skills they need to progress to the BEng Hons in Product Design Engineering.
