Application Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of five Highers at grade A, B or C, including English, Maths and a Modern Language. Applicants who do not meet these requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the academic requirements, applicants must also demonstrate a strong interest in law and business. This can be shown through extracurricular activities, work experience or volunteering. The University of Edinburgh also offers a number of pre-entry courses for students who do not meet the full entry requirements. These courses are designed to help students prepare for the academic rigours of the LLB programme.
