Applicants must have a good honours degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject. Applicants with a lower degree may be considered if they have relevant experience. Applicants must also have a strong understanding of the needs of children and young people with SEND and experience of working with them. Applicants must also have a good level of English language skills. All applicants will be required to attend an interview.
