Application Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the University of Nevada, Reno's Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering program, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants must also have completed the following courses: Algebra I, Algebra II, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus I, Calculus II, and Physics I. Applicants who are not admitted to the program may be admitted to the university's College of Engineering and Applied Science's Pre-Engineering program. Students in the Pre-Engineering program must maintain a GPA of 2.5 and complete all of the required courses with a grade of C or better.
