Application Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the Master of Police Studies program, applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in criminology, criminal justice, or a related field. Applicants must also have a minimum GPA of 3.0. In addition, applicants must submit a statement of purpose, a resume, and three letters of reference. The statement of purpose should explain why the applicant is interested in the Master of Police Studies program and what they hope to achieve after graduation. The resume should highlight the applicant's academic and professional experience. The letters of reference should be from individuals who can attest to the applicant's character and qualifications. Applicants who are admitted to the program will be required to take a number of core courses in criminology, criminal justice, and police studies.
