USC tries to fully fund all of its doctoral students. This generally consists of tuition, a stipend for living expenses, and a health benefits package.
Doctoral programs only have Fall admission with an application deadline of December 15 and must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time. After this time, applicants will-NOT-be-able to submit an application to a doctoral program.
