Application Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the Construction Management program, applicants must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA in their major coursework and a minimum of a 2.5 GPA overall. Applicants must also have completed the following courses: Calculus I, Calculus II, Chemistry, Physics, and English Composition I and II. In addition, applicants must submit a resume, a personal statement, and three letters of recommendation. The Construction Management program is highly competitive, and admission is based on a holistic review of all application materials.
