To be eligible for admission to the Master of Science in Civil Engineering program at the University of Texas at San Antonio, applicants must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Applicants must also have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. In addition, applicants must submit GRE scores and a statement of purpose.
