Application Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the University of Washington, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also have a minimum GPA of 3.0. In addition, you must submit SAT or ACT scores. The UW also requires that you submit two letters of recommendation and a personal statement. For the Economics major, you must also have completed at least four years of high school math, including Algebra II and Trigonometry. You must also have completed at least three years of high school English. The UW is a highly selective university, and admission is competitive. However, if you meet the minimum requirements, you have a good chance of being admitted.
