To be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Science in Real Estate program, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet the following minimum requirements: a minimum GPA of 2.5, a minimum SAT score of 1000 or ACT score of 21, and completion of the following courses: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, Precalculus, English I, English II, English III, and a foreign language. Applicants with a GPA of less than 2.5 may be admitted on a conditional basis, pending completion of additional coursework. The Real Estate program is competitive and admission is not guaranteed.
