Application Process

Log into your CSUF portal and click on the “Scholarships” app on the left hand side. Follow the onscreen instructions and complete the CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY - FULLERTON SCHOLARSHIP & AWARD APPLICATION Academic Year 2023 - 2024, detailing your extracurricular activities and service, both on campus and off. Provide two letters of recommendation from CSUFfaculty/staff. Write an essay or personal statement of your achievements, motivation and aspirations.

The Professor & Mrs. Ting K. Pan Memorial Scholarship was established and funded by Emeritus Professor, Dorothy Pan Wong and named in memory of her parents. The scholarship is to assist international students or students who are the first in their family to attend college.
