Candidates applying for Fulbright Foreign Student Program, Iraq, 2022 must be Iraqi citizens residing in Iraq. Candidates must show commitment to return to Iraq upon the completion of their studies in the US. Applicants must have received a B.A. or B.S. degree from any accredited institution of higher education during the application process. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience after graduation. Applicants must be proficient in English and be able to secure 80 or more on the TOEFL-IBT exam or 550 or more on the TOEFL-PBT.
