Ghana Scholarships Secretariat (GSS) Postgraduate Scholarship 2020/2021 is open to citizens of Ghana. All the program-specific requirements must be met. Applicant must hold a degree in a relevant field of study. Applicant must not be more than thirty-five (35) years of age for Masters and forty-five (45) for PhD. The applicant must have 2nd Class (Upper Division) or better. Applicant must have 2 years post qualification experience. The applicant must have completed national service.
