Graduate Scholarship Base Fund (GSBF) is offered by the University of Regina to international students. Graduate Scholarship Base Fund (GSBF) is available for students from all countries who want to study Masters Degree and Masters Diploma in the Canada at the University of Regina. Every year, the university selects a certain number of candidates from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is CAD 10000 at University of Regina. The Professor & Mrs. Ting K. Pan Memorial Scholarship was established and funded by Emeritus Professor, Dorothy Pan Wong and named in memory of her parents. The scholarship is to assist international students or students who are the first in their family to attend college.
