Annual tuition for Fall 2026/Spring 2027 is based on a regular flat rate for 12 hours or more per semester. The estimated cost of living per year includes room & board ($14,235), books & supplies ($1,438), and other expenses ($3,752). Students can elect a Guaranteed Tuition Option (GTO) to lock in a four-year tuition rate; GTO enrollment for 2026-2027 is from June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. Summer tuition for new incoming students effective Summer 2025 will be charged at the regular undergraduate summer tuition rate, as the GTO rate only applies to Fall and Spring terms.
