Application fee is USD 75 (nonrefundable). Fee waivers generally not available to international applicants except in exceptional departmental cases. Brown provides five years of guaranteed financial support for incoming doctoral students, including a stipend, tuition remission, health-services fee, and a health-insurance subsidy; PhD students receive financial support.
