For 2025/2026 doctoral tuition is €397 per year for all students (EU and non-EU); full 3-year doctoral tuition totals approximately €1,191. An annual registration fee of €380 applies and must be paid even if holding a doctoral fellowship. Some PhD subjects are funded by the host establishment (contract) while others require applicants to secure their own funding (grant). Application fees and procedures vary by doctoral school; there is no universal Campus France PhD application fee.
