PhD candidate to develop cryogenic CMOS receiver circuits for scalable qubit readout. Project lies at the intersection of quantum technology and integrated circuit (IC) design, focused on cryogenic low-noise, low-power sub-10 GHz CMOS receivers. Tasks include architecture exploration, circuit design (low-noise amplifiers, mixers, baseband amplifiers), receiver characterization at room and cryogenic temperatures, and system integration with qubits in a dilution refrigerator. Location: TU Delft, Delft, Netherlands. Department: QuTech, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science./nDoctoral candidates will be offered a 4-year period of employment (initial 1.5 year contract with a progress assessment, followed by 2.5 years subject to performance). Salary increases from €3059 per month in the first year to €3881 in the fourth year.
