The TU Delft’s Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science (EEMCS), invites applications for a fully funded PhD position. This exciting project aims to protect AI models against data leakage during inter-departmental information sharing. With the National Police heavily relying on sensitive data exchanges, this research will develop secure machine learning models using cutting-edge language technology. The project involves collaboration with experts from TU Delft, focusing on enhancing the security of machine learning model sharing without compromising data integrity. You will join the Web Information Systems group (WIS), and will be supervised by Dr. Avishek Anand (WIS group) and Dr. Justin Dauwels (Signal Processing Systems group). The research will span several phases, including analyzing the blind spots of language models, identifying challenges specific to the police context, and optimizing existing AI solutions for secure use within law enforcement.
