Develop an ultrafast X-ray photon-counting detector for “color” CT imaging in medical and industrial applications as part of the EU-funded QuPIX project at TU Delft (Medical Physics & Technology, Radiation Science & Technology department, Faculty of Applied Sciences)./nDesign, build, test, and optimise detector prototypes based on quantum-enhanced perovskite scintillators and silicon photomultipliers, and demonstrate proof-of-concept performance./nWork spans prototype design, instrumentation development, experimental characterization, data acquisition, digital signal processing, troubleshooting, and theoretical modelling (focus on hardware development, not image reconstruction)./nCollaborate with technical support staff and partners across the QuPIX consortium across Europe./nLocation: TU Delft, Delft, Netherlands.
