We are offering a PhD position in mixed-signal integrated circuit design as part of MultiStripes, an ambitious consortium project developing a sustainable advanced flexible electronics platform, with applications including wearable medical diagnostic devices. In context of this project, TU Delft will develop integrated electronics for large-area flexible ultrasound patches./nAs a PhD researcher, you’ll design innovative low-power Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) to drive and process signals from MEMS ultrasound transducers, enabling flexible, intelligent wearable systems./nYou'll work in a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of microelectronics and biomedical engineering, contributing to real-world applications like bladder monitoring and pregnancy monitoring./nYou’ll be working at the Electronic Instrumentation (EI) Laboratory (https://ei.ewi.tudelft.nl/), which is part of the Microelectronics Department. Within the EI Lab, you’ll be working in the Smart Ultrasound Group, led by Dr. Michiel Pertijs.
