No tuition fees during doctoral studies. Registration fee upon enrollment for students with a foreign Master's: CHF 150. Doctoral tax at completion: CHF 1500. No application fee. EPFL doctoral students are usually employees and receive a monthly salary as research assistants along with employee benefits.
