Most PhD students receive funding via GRA/GTA; funded students pay reduced tuition (USD 25.00 per semester) and receive a stipend (minimum USD 2,291/month for 2025–2026). Unfunded international tuition is approximately USD 16,058.00 per semester (12+ credits), with annual costs around USD 34,000–35,000 and total program costs estimated USD 140,000–200,000 over 4–6 years.
