  • IESE has three MBA programs: one full-time MBA and two different Executive MBAs. Our full-time MBA is a 2-year program aimed at professionals with 5 to 7 years work experience looking to accelerate their leadership career. Our 18-month Executive MBA (EMBA) is designed for professionals with an average of 10 years of work experience looking to prepare for the challenges of today’s interconnected, global business world. Our 17-month Global Executive MBA is a blended program that takes place in five business hubs: Barcelona, New York, Munich, Silicon Valley and Asia. Participants have an average of 15 years of experience and aim to become truly global leaders.
  • There is no better way to get to know IESE and our MBA program than by visiting the campus. We hold regular Open Days so that you can experience IESE firsthand with a real business case and the opportunity to meet alumni. We would also be happy to host a personal visit – submit your request via the Campus Tour form to schedule a visit.
  • At IESE, English is the working language used in the classroom. You must be fluent in English in order to be considered for the MBA program. Some electives in Spanish are offered during the second year of the program for students seeking bilingual degree qualifications.
