  Yes, you can apply with a provisional transcript (an official record of the courses you have taken and the grades received for each course), but the Bachelor’s diploma must be presented at enrollment.

  Academic transcript (original language and official translation) Bachelor’s degree diploma / certificate (if applicable) (original language and official translation) Record of your most recent language course (original language and official translation) CV (optional) Statement of purpose (optional) APS (for Chinese applicants): We only accept up-to-date APS certificates. In case you already graduated we only accept an APS for the completed study programme.
• How do I apply for a Master’s program at KIT? Can I apply for two Master’s courses at the same time?
