The Research Training Group (RTG 2561) “MatCom-ComMat”, funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), offers up to twelve doctoral positions focused on the development, characterization, and modeling of multi-phase composite systems that can withstand temperatures beyond 1300 °C and harsh environmental conditions. Successful candidates will benefit from supervision by qualified scientists and support for extended stays at partner institutions as well as internationally renowned academic institutions.
