PhD in History

The graduate school BEPPE (subject-specific didactic models in primary school) at Karlstad University announces doctoral studentships starting 1 September 2026. Five doctoral studentships will be placed at Karlstad University. The positions focus on practice-based subject-didactics in primary education (pre-school and school years 1–6) and teacher education, including research on subject-specific education and subject-didactic models across different subjects and educational contexts. Location: Karlstad, Värmlands län, Sweden.
