PhD in Computational Medicine

Doctoral (PhD) student position in Data-driven precision medicine and diagnostics at Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Stockholms län, Sweden./nThe project focuses on data integration, analysis, visualization and interpretation for patient stratification, discovery of biomarkers, prediction of disease risk, diagnosis, drug response and health monitoring, with applications to multiple sclerosis (MS)./nThe project will leverage large-scale MS datasets, generate synthetic data from personal data, and employ advanced network analysis and Large Language Models to develop predictive models for MS progression. The doctoral project is linked to the WISDOM project and conducted within the Data-driven Life Sciences (DDLS) Research School.
