The Predictive Medicine group focuses on development and application of predictive models for biomedical applications with particular interest in cancer precision medicine and computational pathology. The PhD project includes methods development and applied research in computational pathology in cancer using computer vision, deep learning and machine learning methodologies across multiple data modalities such as histopathology images, molecular profiling data, and clinical data. The doctoral student will be employed on a doctoral studentship maximum 4 years full-time and receive a contractual salary. Employees have access to a gym and reimbursements for medical care.
