The Sheward Research team at the Department of Microbiology, Tumor and Cell Biology (MTC), Karolinska Institutet in Biomedicum, Solna uses mRNA delivery to develop and characterize next-generation vaccines. The doctoral student will produce experimental mRNA vaccines and evaluate them in mouse models, focus on immune response to vaccine cocktails delivering multiple strains together or sequentially, perform experiments, analyze and synthesize results, present findings, design new experiments, write manuscripts, and support/teach other team members.
