The Centre for Legal Methodology provides teaching in subjects such as Introduction to Legal Studies, Legal Methodology and Comparative Law./nThe Centre focuses on private economic law in the broadest sense and researches functional areas of law, studying specific (economic/social) sectors from a legal and comparative law perspective./nFunctional branches of law mentioned include cultural heritage law, travel law, transport law and sports law./nThe scholarship holder is expected to prepare a comparative law doctoral thesis in a functional area of law, conduct academic research and provide limited teaching support (Brussels and Leuven campuses). Location: KU Leuven (Leuven), with seminars on Brussels Campus and Leuven Campus.
